Full Terms and Conditions
- Competition Period: The competition will take place from Friday, October 17th, starting at 11:00, and ending on Sunday, October 20th, at 13:00, during the sim racing fair in Germany. Each day, the event will run from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. All participants must complete their lap within these time frames.
- Entry Limit: Each participant is allowed only one entry. Any attempt to enter more than once will result in disqualification, and any recorded lap time will be canceled.
- Participation Requirements: Participants must be 18 years of age or older. By entering, participants agree to comply with all rules and instructions provided by the organizers.

Prize Details: The competition prizes are as follows:
- 1st Place: A Mercedes-AMG esports edition steering wheel.
- 2nd Place: A SP01 CORE pedal set.
- 3rd Place: A Cube Controls accessory. The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. The company reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other items of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be the participants with the quickest verified lap times. The winners will be contacted via the email address provided during registration within 7 days of the competition’s end. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.
- Disqualification: The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the rules, attempts to enter multiple times, or engages in any form of cheating or unsportsmanlike behavior.
- Technical Issues: The company is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to connectivity problems, hardware failures, or software malfunctions that may affect participation or results.
- Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition, notifying the winners, and informing participants about future product releases. Participants’ information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- General Conditions: By entering the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless the company, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance of the prizes.
- Winner Obligations: Winners are required to create and share a video story of the unboxing experience, tagging the company. Additionally, winners must create a video as social proof that can be used on our social media channels and website.
- Modification of Terms: The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants as necessary.
- Governing Law: The competition and its terms are governed by the laws of the courts of Sassari (Italy). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sassari (Italy).
